chicken salad with rice and asparagus

Marinate the chicken best in 1tablespoon spicy mustard 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 4 ounces beer let sit for an hour or longer
dice chicken into desirable size
let sit for a half hour



breading
3/4cup corn meal
1/4 cup flour
Tbsp pepper,Italian seasoning
pinch of salt, brown sugar

mix in bag then add pieces of chicken then fry


















fry until desired crispiness is obtained











croutons
lightly butter and season
then cut with pizza cutter
bake at 400 for ten min then flip continue baking for another 10-20 min until crispy








2 Tbsp butter
1/2 bell pepper and onion
teaspoon pepper
simmer until slightly soften











yum yum time to grub
